Illegal immigrant. Need advise

Post by silverkey » Fri May 23, 2014 4:19 pm

Hi I would be so grateful if some one could shed some info with me.
please feel free to PM me if you don't want to reply in public.

I am illegal being here from 2001 on visiting visa.
I have 2 kids with a British born mother, child age is 8 and 3yld
I do not live permanent with the mother but stays there some time, we are still in relationship for 10 years now. not married
I see my kids every day.
I have photos videos.
My name is on both kids birth Certificate.
Kids Mum is on benefits.

I sent in a discretionary application which was returned to me saying, a discretionary application does not apply to me.
Home office also stated, I should submit the correct application and pay the relevant fee.
They did not tell me what form I should send.

Today I was on the web browsing and saw this advert below

Illegal Immigrants and Overstayers

Did you enter the UK without a visa? Have you overstayed your visa? Every change in the Immigration Rules has made it increasingly difficult for someone in this position to sort themselves out, and the new Immigration Bill, which is likely to become law next year, makes even more sweeping changes.

Being able to regularise your position, and to get a visa, is by no means straightforward or easy, and unless your circumstances fit one of the requirements below, almost impossible.

Children in the UK
If you have children who are British or ‘settled’ in the UK – that is, with no time limit on their stay in this country

Married to an EEA national
If you are married to an EEA national who is exercising Treaty rights in the UK

Relationship with a British or settled person
If you are married to, or have lived for more than two years with, someone who is British or settled (you will still need to show exceptional circumstances, such as, for example, ill health or disability)

Length of residence in the UK
Children who have lived in the UK for at least seven years, young people aged between 18 and 25 who have lived in the UK for half their lives, and people who have lived in the UK for 20 years can all apply on the basis of their private life

Do any of these circumstances apply to you?

If so, you may be able to regularise your immigration situation

Contact one of our lawyers and find a way out of the mess!

We will not be able to help you if your circumstances are not covered by those listed on this page

I phone the solicitors and was told It will cost me £1200 for them to send in one application plus £600 for the home office fees.
if that fail it will cost me £1900 for them to appeal it.

my problem is I do not have £1200 to pay
I am asking would some one be so kind to tell me which home office form that cost £600 would apply to me please.

The application should be FLR(FP).

Thanks very much Odat and Zee ali for your help, I truly appreciate it.
After many many years living a sad gloomy life in the dark underground shadows of england, I finally see a tiny bit of light though the cracks, which I shall follow.
May the earth repay you for your good deeds. Regards

One more thing. my passport which the home office sent back to me which was held with them for 10 years is now expired.
I will be sorting out a new one next week which will take 6 weeks to land in the uk.

Do you think its wise to complete the FLR form, pay fees and send the expired passport then state in letter to HO that I will be receiving new one which I will then send off to them?
what do you think?

Is the 30 month or 3 month visa stamped to passport or is the visa the BIO card ?
