ILR-clarification

Post by bettybaroness » Fri May 23, 2014 4:38 pm

Hi, please can someone advise.
I and my partner will be due for ilr based on tier 1 in Jan 2015. He is the main applicant, while I am his dependent. We met all the criteria, however I have got two issues to clarify;
1. Does it matter if our maintenance has to be shown on my account?
2. My partner scored enough points to be eligible both in earnings, etc, will there be issues if his Bank statements shows any overdraft?

No maintenance required and doesn't matter about overdraft.

Hi amber,

Sorry to bother you again. I would like to clarify this with you; My partner has not been out of the country since he's been on tier1 visa, when applying for ILR, is he supposed to provide proof of absence for all the time he is been on annual leave even though he never travelled outside the country?
