EEA4 and visa

Dear All,

I am an Eu national but my husband is not. We did the eea4 form in March and got the visa for the next 10 years. Now we are planning to go to Paris together and would like to know if he needs visa to go there.
what about if we dont travel together?

He will need a schengen visa now whether he is with you or alone as the PR stamp does not contain " family member of an EU national".
