EC stamped on 26th June 2009. Entered UK on 29th June 2009. Visa valid till 28th May 2014.

Here are list of my documents
SET(O) forms and payment sheet
Old and new passports ( mine and Dependant)
BRP cards
Life in UK certificates
UK master degree for myself
ESOL Entry 3 B1 certificate by EMDQL
3 bank statements
3 payslips
Employer letter for SOC code ,salary, permanent job etc
Employer letter for absences
Cohabitation Documents (many letters covering last 2 year)
Photocopies of all documents and all passports
Marriage certificate and 5 year P60

Wife joined me in UK in Nov 2011

Appointment time was 9:30 .biometric done at 10:15 and documents collected at 12:45

hi dear i have a question if u got ur visa on 26th june 2009 then how u applied for ilr 38 days before the 5 year contineous time becaue i am dur to ILR and i got my visa in 9 sep 2009 and i enterd here on 22 sep 2009 so i am confuse now rearding the date when i can apply for ILR
