visit visa for uk spouse living in ireland

Hi everyone,
Would you please help me to know how can i apply for a uk visit visa ( which category, documents needed and how long it takes)
I am planning to travel by myself for few days to see my family in law there.
I m uk spouse living in Ireland and have a eu4fam residence card.
I checked with the embassy but they weren t clear about it at all.
And please let me know about any surinder singh information as we are planning to move back to England next year.

Are you traveling to UK alone? If yes, you will need to apply for a visit visa and you will require to pay for the visa fee. Except your spouse is residing in UK. And if No i.e. you are accompanying or visiting your spouse in UK you will need to apply for Join spouse visa and the there is no charge for this category as EU spouse.
As for surinder singn I have not information on that.

Do you know how much does it cost and what are the docs required please?

you should apply as a short stay family visitor and you ll pay for it aroung 90 Euro. but if you apply as a NON- EEA Family Member then its free of cost
