Hi Toludo,
Great to see that you have your visa. I have a few questions and I will appreciate if you can help with useful information.
1. In the £50k route, do you still need to employ 2 full time workers or can you choose to work on your own ?
2. Can the £50k be in the account of a third party abroad ?

Hi Jake,
Thanks for the well wishes.
You will need to employ 2 full time workers for 1 year or 1 full time worker for 2 years or 2 part time workers for 2 years or 4 part time workers for 1 year for the purpose of visa extension and the £50k or equivalent can be in the account of a third party sponsor abroad. I believe that answers your query.
Cheers mate!

Hi
If you don't mind me asking what type of MSc degree you applied with i mean the topic of the degree.
As i'm currently about to apply for £50K route as being a ACCA student and holding BSc degree in accounting , i'm finding a hard to choose SOC code as i can not provide accounting services in full as im not qualified accountant.
It would be appreciate if you can provide some guidance.

Hi Marshal,
My Masters Degree was in Accounting and Financial Management and my Company is a Business and Financial Management Consultancy and I used SOC code 2423 (Management Consultants and Business Analysts).
I hope that helps.
Cheers!

Hi bus,
Enter the URL
www.gumtree.com and click on post an AD, either log in through your existing account or create a new account. On the next page click on services, choose your category and then input your ad. I did the free advert but you can choose to do the paid advert. (£6) could be higher depending on the optional extras.
For the £3 paid CAR call Companies House on 029 2038 0601 or 029 2038 1281 to order and it will be posted to your address.
Hope that helps.
Cheers

Thanks for reply toludo. if I am not wrong then that 50k is in your personal account but provided by venture company right? Bcz personal fund requirement is 200k. Did you apply from tier 4 to tier 1?
Anyone Also clarify. If I switch from tier 4 to tier 1 - 50k venture company route then I can apply from inside the UK?
And
For 200k personal fund I need to apply from back home or also from UK?
Thanks

Hi Imguser,
The £50k was my personal funds as I switched from PSW to Tier 1.
The guidance says you can apply as a Tier 4 Visa holder within the UK and you must have access to £50,000 investment funds from a venture capital firm registered with the FCA.
Cheers
