SA300 OR 302 FOR UK SPOUSE SETTLEMENT VISA FROM INDIA

Hi Everyone,

Hope you doing well?

I have a urgent query regarding my UK spouse settlement visa which I applied from India end of April 2014.

I am currently self employed and have my own UK ltd company.

I got a email from BHC, New Delhi for Statement of Accounts - SA300 or SA302 for which I already provided to BHC which I got from HMRC.

I provided SA Statement of accounts which I got from HMRC and I sent to British High Commission - New Delhi but BHC says this is an incomplete document and please provided the full document so that we can make decision on your case.

About me - I am on ILR and I applied for spouse visa end of April and I am still in India with my wife and waiting for my spouse visa so that we can come back to UK soon.

Can someone please advise me?

You need to send SA302 not SA300

From where I can get SA302. Which number I need to call at HMRC and how long will HMRC take to provide the document as I have a deadline from BHC to submit this document.

Please advise?
