What's my current immigration status? URGENT!

I understand what the question is asking - but I am not 100% sure what my status is....if anyone has any ideas please help:

1. FTT dismissed on 31 March
2. Applied to Upper Tribunal
3. Application rejected 12th May

I am making a new application but I do not know what my status is.

As I understand it (I could be wrong - please let me know!) - my 3C leave ended on the 12th May when the Upper Application was dismissed and I didnt appeal further ... so my 28 day period would have started from there?

But whats the status during this time?

28 days start from the day you received your UTT rejection letter.

During 3C and 3D leave, your previous status (student or PSW) continues.

Hello sorry to hear your refusal. As now you are making a new application your 3c n 3d status expired now and yes you can make a new application but incase the new application gets rejected you won't get a right of appeal. As far as your current status is concerned while making a new application you have no right to work now.
