ENGLISH REQUIREMENT

HI EVERYONE I AM VERY CONFUSE ABOUT ENLISH TEST REQUIREMENT FOR ILR,
I AM DUE FOR ILR ON SEP 2014,
I AM ON TIER 2 VISA AND DONE IELTS WITH 6 BAND IN 2009,
SOME PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME THAT IT WILL BE OK FOR ILR AND SOME ARE TELLING NEED TO DO B1 TEST
ANY ONE WHO GOES THROUGH THIS PLASE HELP
