Help please!

Post by Malucolandia » Wed May 28, 2014 9:06 pm

I recently acquired my portuguese nationality through my mother who is married to a portuguese man. At the moment i have the document that states my nationality got transferred from brazilian to portuguese. My question is, can i use that as proof of my right to reside in the uk? And if so, can i travel abroad and still get back in the country without complications? Thanks

Don't you have a passport yet? I don't think they will accept any other documents apart from a passport or an EU national ID card.

you should apply the passport or id card as these are the acceptable form of id documents for travel purpose .
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.
