If your application has been refused and you chose not to appeal, then you can ask HO for your documents back. You will be given a time frame from HO to leave this country. If you leave the country with in that time frame then you will not be counted as over stayer. And if you come back with in 180 days, your long residency will not be affected.jigroot_123 wrote:Thanks for reply are u sure because my solicitor said that if you within 28 days and come back in 6 months your continuity count.and what should i do as i am still in Uk please help
