I am an Indian citizen working in Saudi. I have a 5 years multiple visit visa (Type C) to the UK. I am intending to marry my fiance who lives in the UK and is a British citizen, and I want to bring her to Saudi as my dependant because I am not planning to settle in the UK. Could someone please tell me how I should go about that? I am really confused about what steps to take and where to start from?

Depends on how old she is, if shes only like 12 years old you wont be able to.

Thanks. If I applied for this marriage visitor visa, will it cancel my existing long term visa? Also, once I have registered my marriage in the UK do I have to register it with the Indian Embassy in the UK?
