spouse visa refusal please urgent advice needed

I applied for an unmarried partner visa and it was refused basis that we had not lived together for two years , I got married to my husband April 2013 we applied for a spouse visa and then after 6 month the immigration officers raided house and then 3 days later I recieved a refusal letter on basis that I was not sleeping in same room. We have appealed against their decision , please any advice, I'm really worried about this,
