Which category in PBS Dependent Visa I should selct pls help

Dear Experts,

I have been on Tier 2 (General) and just got my ILR (literllay three days ago). My wife came here as my dependent on the 26th November 2013. Her visa is going to expire on the 27th June and she needs to extend her visa. I am aware that I have to use PBS dependent form for Tier 1, 2 and 5 however I am confused which category among the following I should pay for:

Tier 2 General, ICT Long Term Staff, Sport & MOR - up to 3 years leave to
remain £601
Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff, Graduate Trainee or Skills Transfer £428
Tier 2 General, ICT Long Term Staff – over 3 years leave to remain £1,202
Tier 2 Shortage Occupations - up to 3 years £428
Tier 2 Shortage Occupations - over 3 years £856

Your help will be appreciated
