Hi Harpreet

Couple of questions for you:

1. Are you in still in a work visa (Tier 1 or Tier 2) or a PR?
2. Which application form have you used for the application?

Thanks

Hi Yazzy,

I called The tribunal court on 0300 1231711 they advised me to contact the Presenting Office unit hatton cross as it was nothing to do with them anymore, so I called 020 8917 2039 spoke to a lovely lady who said they are waiting on another department to let them know whether they should forward the allowed appeal to BHC in New Delhi. She said she will email them today and give her a call on Tuesday.
Once she gets the confirmation email she will forward judges decision to BHC, she also said she does not think that they have appealed as she would have got the email by now.
Hope this helps
