Tier 2(Gerenal) and ILR down the line

Hi all,

I am currently on Tier2(General) visa with salary above 50,000 pounds. Current visa is for 3 years and I know I can extend it for another 3years under current rules.
Am I eligible ILR? When is the earliest I am eligible to apply for ILR?

under current rules you will be eligible for ILR 5 years after your first arrival in the UK under T2G.
