SORRY! I misread your date! You are ahead of us.
When I phoned up the other day they said they were still doing January applications. So unfortunately you probably still have another couple of weeks wait ahead of you :-(

Just to give you an update. I have received my letter of approval (even though when I called home office yesterday I was advised my application has not been completed)

I truly thank God and this forum for all your help

Hi everyone,
I applied for ILR using form SET (M) on the 27th of May, my form was received by the HO on the 28th and the money was taken out of my account on the 29th.
A little bit about myself I am from Mauritius I applied for ILR as the spouse of a British Citizen present and settled in the UK. We have been married for 9 years we have 2 children both British Citizens. I entered the UK on the 30th of April 2012 on a spouse settlement visa that I received a week after I applied. My husband and I have lived together outside the UK for 7 years.
I sent all the documents the HO asked for and more. I hear it can take up to 4 months to get an answer. I would like to hear about your experience please share. Also congratulations to all of you who were granted ILR.

Hi mehmood7867,
I received my acknowledgement letter today dated the 29th. To be honest I don't mind the wait as long as it is good news at the end, it's going to be really deceiving if it's bad news. Thank you for your reply. It's nice to talk to people who are going through the same thing.

Hi mehmood, my application wasn't for reconsideration. It was someone else in the forum and that person got ilr already. I haven't contact Ho yet. In shaa Allah I'll put an update once my application granted.

After following this forum for a long time my wife's ILR has finally be approved.

Here are the details -

Application sent: 01-02-14 (Set M).
Payment taken: 04-02-14
Acknowledgement letter received: 03-02-14
Biometric letter received: 14-02-2014.
Did biometric: 15-02-2014

So took 123 days or 4 months and 3 days or 17 weeks and 4 days (based on its attempted delivery today).

Horrible wait    :? , good luck everyone!

Here is good news. My cousin received his ILR on the 5th June but he only informed me today! I guess he was over exicted and wanted to inform us in his style!

Applied on 3rd feb 2014
biometrics done end of feb,
visa and documents received on 5th june.
He also had conviction from court for drving without insurance!
(infact it was driving Van for business purposes when it only had personal insurance)

Hi

I submitted my husbands application on the 6 March 2014. A week later we did his biometrics.

I called today which is 09/06/2014 and apparently they are only processing February applications at the moment. We will be travelling on the 6 September 2014. Does anybody have any information regarding process times? Is this going to take longer than the 6 month period?

Thanks
