JSA and CTC please help urgent

hi,
yesterday, I just received a letter that my JSA and CTC is granted, But unfortunately my job is loss today.

i was working 29 hrs a week, i am looking for new job but its will take some time.

Do i need to inform HMRC about this and wait for new job, OR any other suggestion please?

Yes you need to inform the HMRC of a change in circumstances.

What will happen next ? When I inform them regarding charge of circumstance ?

Is it make sense , if I shift to self employed once I got the job again shift into job and inform to HMRC, regarding change of circumstances

You can still get CTC even if you're not working. I assume you are settled or British.
