Change of venue for appeal

I make an appeal from London but my address is in Glasgow , the court give me hearing in Glasgow on 12 the July 2014 . I want to change my appeal venue in London . Can I change appeal venue ? Plz reply thanks

yes you can change for providing some valid reason to Glasgow court, I changed my venue from Glasgow to London two weeks ago, they will give you new date for new venue. hope this help.

Just a quick info----

Just keep in mind that Appeal Dates presently being listed are in December 2014/ January 2015 and in Glasgow is July 2014.

Keep in mind the dates before requesting change of hearing center. If its a long appeal date you are after for some reason then its definitely London.

I did not get any answer from court about my venue change request , and my Glasgow appointment date is on 12th July , what action I can do if they will not give answer to my request until current date ?
