UK Experience -Study in the UK-

For the letter from the UK Insitution, I have the final Academic Transcript and it says on a Letterhead paper:

The UK Higher Education Serial Number
The awarding institution
The degree obtained
The Courses taken
The dates of entry and Graduation

The document is extraceted from Uni database on Uni Letterhead paper. But not signed as all transcripts.

Does this replaces the letter from univeristy or I should apply for a Uni letter. My concern is time.
