3 points on DL. Will this effect on ILR?

Hi Guys,

As all of us know that T1 extion is closing April 2015 and ILR in 2018.

I'm on T1(G) visa 2+3 category and this expires in June 2016, I got 3 points on my driving licence and paid £60 fine in October 2012 with code CU80 and this was not given by court. [CU80 - using mobile phone while driving]

My question is can I apply for ILR in June 2016 with points on my DL?
Has anyone applied ILR with this kind on offense and got successful visa?
Is there any written docs?

Please let me know friends. Thanks in advance
