Tier1 general dependant

Hello evryone my tier1 dependent visa got rejected under 320(7b)with a one year ban period it's because am unaware of the letter sent from ukba as my college was closed .In the rejection letter itself mentioned they received bac the letter with the notion addressee gone away,so I have overstayed my visa then with out my knowledge so please anyway one let me know is their any chance of rejection again if I apply now as my ban has been finished...plzz urgent help required ...Thanks

Yes before I was in tier4 now applied for tier1 general dependant got rejected...
