Birth Certificate

The HSMP guidelines talk about -Original birth Certificate-. Here in My country authorities issues and Extract of Birth Certificate and I can issue as many as I need and it is issued and stamped and signed by these authorities.

However, this is not the original Birth Certificate but and an Original Extract of the Birth Certificate.

My question is whether this doc is the needed one or I should go and look for the one that has been issued 28 years ago ??

Please advise.

I have a full driving licsence but if I send it then I will not dirve for weeks hich is not possible.

Hi,
As long as it is extracted from original records of birth and signed by registrar it is acceptable. FYI see the below post where Mr ~J~ confirmed with H.O please see at the very bottom of his post --where he printed the email extract from HSMP team.
