Non EEA family member travel queries

Hello ,
Sorry if I am not adding anything to your query but I am in sort of the same predicament . I am a holder of the non EEA family member residence card, and I reside in London with my spouse. We intend travelling together to Paris next month without me getting a French visa. I know it won't be a problem since the French consulate confirmed that I won't need one if we go together.

However the problem is that my wife has to return to London 2days earlier than me. My question is; will I have problems on my return to the uk alone? Considering the fact that I have the right to reside in the uk.

No problem at all. You have the right to enter the UK.

I do not intend to discourage you or cause any confusion but my concern for you is exiting France without a visa or your wife.

Once on UK border, you should be fine as your wife is in the country.
