Home Office has Withdrawn Case

Post by Ahmd_64 » Mon Jun 02, 2014 8:48 pm

Hi Guys,

I had appeal hearing tomorrow but i got solicitor call in afternoon that Home Office has faxed a letter of withdrawn.
" i have discussed with the case owner of this case and they have decided to reconsider your case on the following of the production of appeal bundle. I have decided to withdraw and requested to remove from the list"
This is the Tribunal Faxed letter statement.

Visa refusal points:
I provided three contracts but they accepted one and rejected other two.
(In Bundle i provided them invoice of all my contractors)
2nd point wat "job title". My job title in application was Compliance and Quality Manager. Case worker said it does not satisfy the Appendix J. Of policy.
But in code of practice it is 2462.

Applied: 27/7/2013
Refused: 4/9/2013
Appealed: 17/9/2013
Hearing Date: 3/6/2014

Please can you tell me what will happen now? What is the next step????

Thanks to all.

Well all you can do is to wait as I waited for almost 6 months but no reply after then I varied my application into ILR on long residency basis.

I mean to say all you do is wait till they ask fr any documents or give you visa. The above scenario is my own personal experience.
Hope you get it now

Thanks Almighty ALLAH

After long wait i got approval letter.

Applied: 27/7/2013

Appealed: 17/9/2013
Hearing Date: 3/6/2014
