Hi everyone!!
I had completed online family visit visa application form for my mother in law in Pakistan however I noted on gov.uk today that eligibility to apply for family visitor visa included :
Your family member must also be one of the following:
a British citizen
settled in the UK
granted asylum in the UK
under humanitarian protection in the UK
m question is that settled in UK is considered as residing in UK on tier 1 (g). I have been in UK for past 4 years and applied for my cousin and mother previously on family visitor visa but UKBA website is no more and it#s gov.uk.
DO I need to fill a normal visit visa form and withdraw family visit visa?
