As you were a dep and also the ICT did not start from April 2010, your qualifying period would start from the T2 (G). You should continue as a PBS dep if possible?

Many Thanks for the response.

My parter has Tier 2 ICT first issued in Jan 2010 and it has been extended till Aug 2014. If her Tier 2 ICT were to get extended for one more year or she gets her Tier 2 General visa processed, will i be eligible for ILR (along with her) being her dependant next year?

No, as you have only been a PBS dep since 2013, however, you may continue/extend as a PBS dep after she has been granted ILR. Until 2018 when you can apply for settlement.
