Has it been more than 6 months since you applied? If not, then it is unlikely they that they will give you any information.

Your application is so recent. Just be patient.

I wonder if anyone considers that the time the HO spends dealing with phone calls could be better spent on processing applications....

We already know they aren't going to give you any information if your application isn't more than 6 months old, so maybe we should stop wasting their time!
