in order to get a rough idea, can anyone help, My court hearing date is on 6th of August, will I get court decision on same day? if not how long that gonna take? howl long after UKBA responds after court decisions?

from my forum knowledge you do not get same day decision, it takes sometime weeks to get judge decision, if allowed then it takes months for home office to issue visa to you (sometime ukba do ask for more documents e.g bank statement) before issuing visa.
