PSW - Tier1 50K no right appeal no passport!!

Hi all

Here is my case and key time point
I applied the Tier 1 entrepreneur (50K funds) visa in the UK and trying tranfer from PSW category.
20140414 Tier 1 Visa application and all documents are sent to Home office
20140416 PSW VISA Expired
20140419 Application refusal as i did not submit a updated application form ( and fee)
20140419 I renewed the application form (and application fee) and re-send to Home office
20140529 I got a rejection result because I cannot prove the money in Chinese Bank can be transfer to UK.
And
A. I have no right of Appeal ( i am out of psw leave when i re-send to Homeoffice)
B. UKBA retain my passport make sure i can leave UK

I called many solicitors and most of them let me leave UK ASAP , and re-apply the TIer 1 (200K ) in China
there are still some positive suggestions that I can re-apply a fresh application (transfer money to UK first) in UK within 28 days without passport .

Any one can help to advise if i can re-apply it in my situation without passport .

Are you sure I can do this cause
1. I have re-applied once on 20140419 (that is also the reason I have no right to appeal) , can I just re-apply the second time. if can do this, is that mean everybody can re-apply over and over until success.

2. my passport has been forwarded to local immigration team, do I need to call them first to get my ID back or re-apply without my ID .

Messi, you can re-apply within 28 days of the refusal date. You don't need to phone anyone just send fresh application with a new fee and support documents.

Also, if you want to appeal you can, but first you need to make application to the immigration tribunal for the right of appeal. Provided you hire a decent solicitor their are high chances you will be allowed to appeal against the decision.

Yes you can reapply mate but your documentation should have to be very strong this time.
