WHO CAN SPONSOR ME AS A RELATIVE ? JUST MY BLOOD REALATIONS

I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS RULE ABOUT FAMILY VISITORS?
A CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT I WILL NOT GET RIGHT OF APPEAL IF I GET SPONSOR FROM MY IN LAWS WHO IS IN UK ( my wifes mothers sister husband is consilor )
so my question if my wife uncle sponsor will it be taken as relative and close family members as some one told me only blood relations taken as close family members so is a sponsor from uncle of my wife is effective or not for right of apeal? my wife is non uk national but her mothers sister is british and her husband who is sponsoring us !

He means his mother's brother-in-law (his Aunt's husband)

Your application will not be considered a family visit if sponsored by your wife's family members, so you will have no right of appeal if it is refused.

ok what about if we both apply ?
i mean me and my wife will that way my case taken as one case or two different case ?

If your wife's mother's sister is the sponsor, then your wife's application will be considered a family visit. Yours will not, and it will not if the husband sponsors.
