Family Funding for Tier 1

Hi

I will be applying for Tier 1 through 50K route.
My uncle is willing to invest in my business. He will be sowing the money through his own bank account and the money is disposable to me at any time.

What documents i require from him to confirm this to satisfy the UKBA.

get the life easy by getting that money transferred into ur personal account OR you can ask for third party funding documents which include bank statement and attested letter confirming availability of funds to ur business.

Hello marshal,

You need a bank statement, Legal Representative letter of your uncle, a sign & attested affidavit from him. and most important proper UKBA given format letter which you can find in policy guideline. If more info require feel free to contact or ask.
