Post by fahim777 » Thu Jun 05, 2014 6:16 pm

Dear All

My wife will be applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain in October. I have so far collected the following documents in my wife and my names. As we are living with my parents we do not have any utility bills in our names as my parents pay for them.

Documents with my wife’s name:
NI Application Acknowledgement Letter – Aug 2012
NI Number Letter – Aug 2012
Barclays Bank Letter – Dec 2012, Marc 2014,
St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust Letters – Jan 2013, Feb 2013, Aug 2013, Oct 2013, Nov 2013, Dec 2013, Feb 2014, March 2014,
College Letter – Mar 2014
NHS Primary Care Support – May 2013, Jan 2014,
NHS Medical Exemption Certificate with Card – Nov 2013
Electoral Poll Card – May 2014

Documents with my name:
HMRC Tax Calculation Letters – Aug 2012
Barclays Bank Letter – Dec 2012, Mar 2014,
St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust Letters – Dec 2013, Jan 2014, Jan 2014,
P60 – May 2013, May 2014
Electoral Poll Card – May 2014
USDAW Trades Union Letter – May 2013
Friends Life Pension Scheme Letters – Mar 2013, May 2013, Jul 2013, Nov 2013, Dec 2013, Apr 2014,
SIA Licence Renewal Letter – Mar 2014, May 2014,
Savings Account – Aug 2012 to May 2014
Current Account Bank Statements – Aug 2012, Sep 2012,

Documents in Joint Names:
Current Account Bank Statements – Oct 2012 to May 2014

We also have letters from MPs for the European & council elections which are not dated that are in my wife’s and my names.

I would just like to ask that can we use to premium service to make our application or should we make a postal application? I would look forward to your replies.

You can use either the postal application or PEO appointment, the choice is yours.

With PEO, decision is usually given same day but comes at an additional price of £400.

I assume you have English Level B1 & LIUK as you don't make mention of this.

Yes my wife has passed both of those. But I'm worried I don't have utility bills in my and my wife's names therefore she could be refused :(
