On the application I did not fill Financial Requirements 7(A) instead I completed Manitenance 7(B) despite my salary is way over the financial requirements. My wife has been here since 2008 on spouse of IGS, PSW and T1 (General). I was worried they'll ask me why I didn't complete section 7(A) as it is a requirements according to new rules. But they didn't ask us any question and took only 20 minutes to make their decision. On the letter it states, you may now stay two more years and after two years you can apply for ILR. So it's definitely treated under old rule.

So keep your hope but it completely depends on individual case worker and how they interpret the new rules!

One question, can my wife apply for ILR now or she has to wait two more years?

congrats my wife got the same visa on 03/06/2014 and my appointment for ilr booked for tomorrow.

In this case, I think it's best call them and tell them the problem you are facing. Good luck

Hi,
need help,my friend is applying for ilr 10 years.he was stopped at Heathrow 2 years ago,due to tax issues his visa was revoked (hsmp)
and issued removal letter and sent to detention centre.later he was cleared by court as paying tax was employer's responsibility not employee.judge said he din't find any deception and visa was reinstated.has it broken his 10 years lawful continuity as his visa was revoked at the beginning.

Hi
If he is cleared from court of any deception, then residence continuity is not broken and your friend can happily apply for ILR.

the link for google drive is as follows:

On the sky its showing 46 applicants in january, 2014 and 21 applicants in february, 2014 (until now) whereas in google drive its showing 52 applicants in january, 2014 and 34 applicants in february, 2014. This is the reason i prefer to look at the google drive.

shahjee and kashif

first of all shahjee i am really sorry to hear that someone is don't well in ur family i pray for their health may Allah bless them with sound health.

As you guys advise me to right to case worker i wrote letter letter to case worker who is dealing with my wife FLR(M) explaining him that my wife don't have outstanding criminal prosecutions, i received letter from case worker today saying that it was administrative error on his part and apologise for stress caused and acknowledge that you don't have any outstanding criminal prosecution, and case is on hold because main applicant application has not been decided yet. That is a big relief thanks guys for your valuable suggestions.

Kind Regards
