Post by ssidd » Thu Jun 05, 2014 7:13 pm

Hello,

Question 11L of SET O ask this,

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met
the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

What docs you submit for this?

Kindly guide me as my appointment is due in couple of weeks.

Thnx

Since years you spent in the UK as a student/PSW are not counted as a qualifying period for ILR, I don't think you should be concerned about this. However, just in case, you may want to bring a letter from University inviting you to study, or anything else confirming that you were with them. Perhaps something confirming your compliance with IGS when you were with it.

P.S. I'm not a lawyer, so perhaps my view is incorrect.

It's not really important just pop in something from university.

Thnx,

I have a letter from uni which mentions my course title and the dates of degree. Is that enough?
