What exchange rate we should use when transferring our salaryto GBP.

in the application, they ask for Country code, do they mean the country name or the abreviation.

They mean the code according to their guidance, ie US - A.

there is question in the application about the band. But the country code is another question could u advise ??

The band is the income band, ie Â£40,000 +
