@Alvi are applying as a self employed or with a registered company? Have you done the website, business cards and marketing materials? Am still away from those but the registration is done. Business account is also taken time! Also don't forget to write your name and job tittle on the marketing and advert materials

1st of all i would like to say all of you guys best of luck. 2nd i advice you to do your documentation done professionally. Do not take it as a piece of cake. Like people think they can make business plans market research and can make advertising material their self. Entrepreneur Tier 1 Visa refusal ratio has been increased by 35% since New policy introduced in April which means case workers been given more power to refuse applicants on unusual basis e.g " we are not satisfy with the standard of your website, Not satisfied with BP etc".
So maintain the standards in all aspects .

I applied last year, got denied becuase i did not provide a bank letter from the 3rd party. I appealed and my case was dismissed. My lawyer is going to take it to the Upper tribunal but in the mean time, i am looking to arrange for a new application. I think i can reapply before the appeal date. Or maybe i will just wait and if my case gets dismissed again, i will reapply instantly.

I am also applying in July but visa is expiring in end of the august.
But I have got a some queries please help me out.

1. is the company has to be registered before 3 months of applying?
2. can i make my employer as my client and make a contract since i don't have any client for now?
