TIER 2 PRIORITY FORM

My cousin applied for tier 2 priority form on friday, but unfortunately she did not get permission of inclusion from home office first. She send application form only.She posted her application without inclusion approval from home office through special deliver on friday. she know about this inclusion approval from home office later. She is going to apply for inclusion approval tomorrow on monday. the serious thing is this her visa is revoked by home office. She have to apply before 20th June 2014. she will apply for inclusion approval tomorrow, than how long it will take to get answer of home office inclusion approval or Home office will return her application without inclusion approval? if home office return the application after 20th june 2014 and ask her to re submit the application again, whats the impact of application?
