my question is my husband got ilr and my 5 yr old son is british citizen now he is disable im on flr m visa right now could u plz tell me can i eligble to apply carear allownce for my son bcz of my son condition i can not go to work my husband is full time working plz help me is there any excemption to flr m visa holder to get these type of benifit.

Your husband should put in a claim for Disability Living Allowance for the child. You cannot claim carer's allowance until you are settled. Unless you are from an exempted Country.
