ILR for spouse

Post by maulikdoctor » Mon Jun 09, 2014 12:03 am

Hi All,

My wife got entry clearance on 02 July 2012 on Spouse visa (on the basis of my ILR visas). I need to apply ILR for her now and when I go to gov.uk website and on ILR steps they ask me series of questions (as noted below), and based on that they say that I should use SET (O) form and when I open SET O form no option seem right, instead it is SET (M) which seem to be a logical form, as they talk about ILR application as partner of settled person. Their website has confused me and would be grateful if someone can help me.

Thanks

Thanks Amber.

My wife has passed her Life in UK test and just to confirm, she has a degree which was taught in English (Mbbs from reputed University) which is recognised on pbs calculator than I believe she does not need to give IELTS nor get a certificate from UK NARIC, right ?

Thanks for help again.

Indeed, a print out from the PBS calculator should suffice in addition to LIUK.
