Life In UK Test/English Language Requirement

Hi All,

I am currently on T1 General and will be applying for my ILR in March 2014
I have recently passed my LIUK test
I am a MBA from University of Lincoln UK (degree taught in English), do I still need to take ESOL B1 (lev 3) exam to prove my English language skills?
Please can you help?

No. Supply the degree certificate in addition to LIUK.

Would the degree certificate be suffice or a UK NARIC comparability letter would require too?

Same situation here, I have a bachelor degree, researched in English, from the Oxford Brookes University.

UK NARIC compare foreign degrees to UK level. Your degree is already from UK.
