ILR qualifying period

Post by fahim777 » Mon Jun 09, 2014 6:42 pm

Dear all,

My wife arrived from Pakistan on the Spouse Visa on 7th August 2012. Her visa was issued in Pakistan and it will expire on 28th October 2014. On what date is the earliest we can apply for her ILR? Your replies will be greatly appreciated.

Plus my wife applied for her Spouse Visa before 9th July 2012. So we are under the old rules. When is the earliest we can make an application for ILR?

You can apply 28 days before the anniversary of the 2 year completion period. If your spouse arrived in the UK on 7 August 2012, this would mean you can apply from 10 July 2014.

LIUK and English B1 required.
