My wife is looking to get her TB test done in Islamabad, and wants to book an appointment to have it done.

My question is, when she calls up the office, how soon can she get an appointment to be tested?
She has been told she has to wait AT LEAST 10 days to be given an appointment?!

Is it really a 10 day wait to get an appointment!?

Can someone please explain.

Thanks!

Just ask her to email IOM and give all her details e.g. Name, Age,dob, Visa category, city, passport num, nic, preferred dates, current pakistani address and uk address. Tell her to take two passport sized photos with her to the application centre on d day of appointment..

KSAli, the applicant should receive an e-mail informing them that it's been sent to the UKVI decision making centre, so always check the e-mail/junk e-mail folder. If you still do not receive anything within a couple of days, then like above contact the UKVI.
ok thnx.. Whats their email address?

Do you have the email address for the IOM?

Anyone else had the issue of having to wait 10 days for an appointment?

Anyone on here who has had a TB test or had their wife do one, what was the procedure to get it done?

Hi all,
Does anybody has any idea how should I find status of my wife's visa application over 5 months now ? applied on 26th Jan 14 at Lahore but no response yet?
Even the website which was suppose to reveal the status is down
https://www.vfsglobal.org/ukg-passportt ... Cbxa6ahQ==

What are the options for me now?
Should we try to find a contact to Islamabad High commissions or should I contact someone here in the UK and how?

Any clue much appreciated
Thanks
ijaz

I finally managed to speak with them please find details here

Hi,

Got a reply from UKVI to my email enquiry. They said

"We had checked your status and can inform you that the decision on your visa application has been delayed whilst further enquiries are conducted"

At least I know its not been rejected.

Many Thanks
