Yes you can apply for ILR, But for 133 days you need to provide an employer letter .sandy1318sandy wrote:Please can someone answer my query
I am applying for ILR soon, since my first grant of leave (2009), i have been out of country for about 133 days, this also includes 4 holiday trips to europe totalling 8 days.
1. Please can you advise if i need a letter from my employer regarding these absenses or will it be sufficient if i fill in the details in SET(o) form?
Thanks
Sandy
