My frnd has got ban/deception because of applying through xxxxxxxx. All I want to know can he make a fresh application of tier 1/tier 4.

@ Rocky007, did your friend pay any admin fee to get letter from the company?

Hi Rocky,

As far as i know Ho Put 370 on all cases applied through xxxxxxxx which Mean in future all the applications applied by applicant will be refused. In this case he/she has to fight his/her case to take 370 off so will be eligible to apply any application in future. Till that No fresh application will be considered.
