My employer did get a call last week to confirm dates of the RLMT, they were told everything was all good just need to confirm that advertisements went on for 28 days each, which they confirmed, so hopefully approval arrives this week! I'm taking this as a good sign.

Hi null1639,null1639 wrote:@194986 That is very quick! Did you apply normal post by yourself? Did they send biometric letter to your address? How many years you get the visa for? Please keep update when you get the passport back.

Immigration adviser will bring my documents when he will come into my office.then only i know the exact details.alishaikhji wrote:@194986 How do you know it's been approved if you haven't yet received your docs and BRP? Have you received an approval letter stating the approval?
Cheers.
Did you apply for up to 3 years Tier 2G (£601)? Did your sponsor only assign your CoS for 2 years? Was it normal post or premium?194986 wrote:Hi null1639,null1639 wrote:@194986 That is very quick! I asked for 5 years visa (£1202). Not sure if this probably why they have not yet send my biometric up to now.

yes, I received my residency card and documents on Friday 6/6/14
null1639--I waited 8 months in 2012 for my visa to be approved and missed weddings, funerals, and the birth of my niece but had no choice due to the fact that withdrawing your documents means withdrawing your application. In my view it is not smart and will not help to call outside of the timelines they give you, as this may delay things further, unless to confirm that they have the proper contact information (which is one thing you can ask them to confirm on the phone, if they've been corresponding with you, on address etc). It is worth flagging if their biometrics include the wrong information, especially name, as this could delay the process further.
