Apply from Canada before you leave to go to NL. As long as you both then enter the UK within 6 months (and you don't come to the UK before she does) there is no problem.
Victoria
I had experience in 2004 i was visiting nl and i applied for uk visit visa they told me its batter if i apply from canada and they said you can apply from here but its waist of time and money and its gonna take long time to get dissinon. i did apply and i was there almost 4 weeks in nl but never recieved any answer from uk consulate. after that in 2005 i applied from canada and i got my visit visa in 10 working days.Directive/2004/38/EC wrote:Do you have a rules reference or real examples of them not accepting applications from non-EU spouses of EU citizens who are legally in an EU country on a visitors visa?VictoriaS wrote:You must apply for your entry clearance in Canada or in the country of your nationality.
