Indefinite Leave to Remain

Post by ekom84 » Tue Jun 10, 2014 9:38 pm

Hello ...

I have question about ILR... my kid born here now he is 4 years old. After how many years he can apply for ILR ...but at the age of 1 year he went to India and spend there almost 8 months, so in that case what will be the way of calculation ?
Will be grateful.....

Many thanks................

If you qualify and once you are granted ILR, you can register the child as British on form MN1 under section 1(3), which is an entitlement to register as the child was born in the UK.
