Can any one please let me know whether a software developer (.Net) title under 2136 occupation code is in shoratage list?

The Guidance says:

"ONLY the following jobs in this occupation code:
the following jobs in visual effects and 2D/3D computer animation for the
film, television or video games sectors:
- software developer
- shader writer
- games designer"

How to prove that the job is in the gaming sector and how to do they verify it?
