Urgent PLS share-FLR (FP) visa application

Post by redeve17eve » Thu Jun 12, 2014 3:19 pm

Has anyone applied on FLR (FP). Mother of a british child
my marriage has broken down irretrievably uinfortunately and i applied with the route FLR (FP)
I received a letter stating the below

"Your application raises issues relating to the European Convention on Human Rights which are complex in nature. As such, it falls outside our normal service standards for deciding leave to remain applications. Please be assured that we will make a decision on your case as quickly as possible"

no biometrics letter sent, has anyone been in this situation before
Has anyone applied through this route before and has any comment to assist
I am very worried and in the middle of a divorce and i really want to continue with my work here
Any advise pls drop it
Thanks guys

We've seen this letter a few times.

It just means your application is complex and it'll take time to resolve. It's basically asking you to be patient.

U r not the only person in the UK who applied flrfp and who received ECHR letter.

Did u apply in time i mean before expiring your last visa?

Was your previous leave, spouse leave? Did you suffer domestic abuse?

@AMBER: is it everyone who applies under the route FLR (FP) that will receive such letters ?
